Synergie Italia S.p.A. Agenzia per il Lavoro - Filiale di Pomezia, is seeking a Scientific Informant for an important reality in the Pharmaceutical sector.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Scientific Informant. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and sponsoring pharmaceutical products in the assigned area, as well as achieving set objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure constant presence at medical facilities in the assigned area, in accordance with the operational plan.
- Provide medical professionals with scientific information on assigned products, in line with the Medical Director's, Marketing's, and Area Manager's instructions.
- Analyze periodic data on the assigned area, identifying any discrepancies from predicted data.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the assigned territory to identify medical professionals interested in scientific information on treated products, in line with the company's guidelines.
- Produce reports and analyses on the assigned territory for treated products.
- Support the organization of events for medical professionals, in line with the company's procedures and regulations.
- Organize work activities in line with the company's strategies.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in scientific disciplines (Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, CTF, and similar).
- Preferably 3-5 years of experience in medical science information or as a Product Specialist.
- Excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented approach, proactivity, flexibility, data analysis capabilities, and a willingness to work in a team.
- Residence in the same city as the assigned work area.
- Knowledge of the MMG and Pharmacist target is a plus.
What We Offer:
We offer a permanent employment contract, a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, and a salary in line with the CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico.
