Synergie Italia S.p.A., a leading recruitment agency, is seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as Scientific Informants in the pharmaceutical sector. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and sponsoring products in their designated area of expertise, ensuring the achievement of assigned objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain a strong presence among medical professionals in the assigned territory, ensuring regular visits to doctors' offices and clinics.
- Provide medical professionals with accurate and up-to-date scientific information on assigned products, in line with the company's marketing and medical direction.
- Analyze sales data and trends in the assigned territory, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address any discrepancies.
- Develop a deep understanding of the assigned territory, identifying key medical professionals and tailoring promotional activities to meet their needs.
- Produce regular reports and analyses on product performance in the assigned territory.
- Support the organization of scientific events and conferences, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Master's degree in a scientific field (e.g., biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, or related fields).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in medical science information or product specialist roles.
- Excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Residency in the same city as the assigned work area.
- Knowledge of the target market (medical professionals and pharmacists) is a plus.
