Job Title: Scientific Informants

Synergie Italia S.p.A., a leading recruitment agency, is seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as Scientific Informants in the pharmaceutical industry.

Job Summary:

We are looking for individuals with a strong background in scientific disciplines to promote and sponsor pharmaceutical products in the Torino and Asti areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the constant presence of our products in the medical community, providing scientific information to healthcare professionals, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals in the assigned territory, ensuring a strong presence of our products in the medical community.
  • Provide scientific information to healthcare professionals on our products, in accordance with the company's marketing and medical strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies, including event planning and sponsorships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, or related fields).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in medical science promotion or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Residency in the Torino or Asti area.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and market trends is a plus.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a full-time contract with 40 hours per week, a CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico, and a RAL discussed during the interview process.
