Synergie Italia S.p.A. Agenzia per il Lavoro - Filiale di Pomezia, is seeking a Scientific Informant for a prominent player in the Pharmaceutical sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and sponsoring assigned products in their designated area of expertise, achieving set objectives.
The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Ensuring consistent presence among medical professionals in their designated territory, in accordance with the operational plan established by the Company.
- Providing medical professionals with scientific information on assigned products, in line with the guidance of the Medical, Marketing, and Area Manager departments.
- Analyzing periodic data on their territory, identifying any discrepancies from predicted outcomes.
- Gaining a thorough understanding of their assigned territory to identify medical professionals interested in scientific information on treated products, in accordance with Company guidelines.
- Producing reports and analyses on their territory, focusing on assigned products.
- Actively supporting the Company's sponsorship activities for scientific update events, in compliance with current regulations, Farmindustria's Code of Ethics, and the Company's applicable procedure.
- Organizing their work activities in line with the strategies developed by the Company.
- Minimum qualifications: degree in scientific disciplines (Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, CTF, and similar).
- Desirable: 3-5 years of experience in medical science information or as a Product Specialist.
- Excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented approach, proactivity, flexibility, data analysis capabilities, and a willingness to work in a team.
- Residency in the same city as the assigned work area.
- Knowledge of the MMG and Pharmacist target is a preferred qualification.
What We Offer:
A permanent employment contract.
Full-time working hours: 40 hours per week.
CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico.
RAL to be discussed during the interview.
Work Location: NAPOLI, CASERTA, SALERNO.
Company Headquarters: ROMA.
