Job Title: Scientific Informants

Synergie Italia S.p.A. Agenzia per il Lavoro - Filiale di Pomezia, is seeking a Scientific Informant for a leading pharmaceutical company in the Modena/Reggio Emilia area. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and sponsoring assigned products in their designated area, and achieving set objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure consistent presence at healthcare professionals' offices, clinics, and hospitals in the designated area, in accordance with the established operational plan.
  • Provide healthcare professionals with scientific information on assigned products, in line with the company's marketing and medical affairs strategies.
  • Analyze periodic data on the designated area, identifying any deviations from predicted outcomes.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the assigned territory to identify healthcare professionals interested in receiving information on assigned products.
  • Produce reports and analyses on the designated area, focusing on assigned products.
  • Support the organization of events and sponsorships in line with the company's marketing and regulatory strategies.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a scientific field (Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, etc.).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in medical information or as a Product Specialist.
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to analyze data and sales performance.
  • Residence in the same city as the assigned work area.
