Synergie Italia S.p.A. Agenzia per il Lavoro - Filiale di Pomezia, is seeking a Scientific Informant for an important reality in the Pharmaceutical sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and sponsoring assigned products in their area of competence and achieving assigned objectives.
The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Ensuring constant presence among doctors in the assigned territory, in clinics, offices, and other healthcare settings, as per the established operational plan.
- Providing doctors with scientific information on assigned products, in line with the indications of the Medical Direction, Marketing, and the Area Manager.
- Analyzing the performance of the assigned territory, identifying any deviations from predicted data, and taking corrective action.
- Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the assigned territory to identify doctors interested in receiving information on assigned products, in line with the company's guidelines.
- Producing reports and analyses on the territory's performance, focusing on assigned products.
- Supporting the organization of events and sponsorships, in line with the company's procedures and regulations.
- Organizing work activities in line with the company's strategies.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- University degree in scientific disciplines (Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, CTF, and similar).
- Preferably, 3-5 years of experience in medical science information or as a Product Specialist.
- Excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented approach, proactivity, flexibility, data analysis capabilities, and teamwork attitude.
- Residency in the same city as the assigned work area.
- Knowledge of the MMG and Pharmacist target is a plus.

A permanent employment contract, 40 hours per week, in line with the CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico, and a competitive salary package.
