Job Description:

As a key member of the Compliance Quality Assurance Team at ING, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our compliance processes and controls. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing quality assurance activities to ensure the effectiveness of our controls and processes;
  • Conducting independent reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement;
  • Developing and implementing solutions to mitigate compliance risks;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Providing expert guidance and support to colleagues on compliance matters;
  • Staying up-to-date with regulatory changes and developments to ensure our compliance processes remain effective;

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices;
  • Design and implement effective quality assurance processes and controls;
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks through the development of effective solutions;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues on compliance matters;

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in compliance or a related field;
  • University degree or equivalent;
  • Excellent English language skills;
  • Proven track record of success in compliance or a related field;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
