Job Description

As a Compliance Quality Assurance Senior Expert at ING Bank N.V., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our compliance processes and controls. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and maintain effective compliance programs that mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on compliance metrics and trends to senior management.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in compliance or a related field.
  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
