Job Description

About the Role

Finance Active is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Italy and Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our SaaS solutions and consulting services to clients and prospects in the corporate sector, real estate, and public sector.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop tailored market approach strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  2. Position our unique value proposition to financial departments, highlighting the benefits of our solutions and services.
  3. Build and negotiate commercial proposals with clients and prospects.
  4. Ensure smooth project startup conditions through onboarding and coordination with operational teams.
  5. Maintain continuous business visibility with the Sales Department through pipeline and forecast management.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Finance or Business Development.
  • 3+ years of experience in complex services sales and solutions in B2B.
  • Strong knowledge of trading rooms and financial SaaS solutions is a plus.
  • Tenacious hunter with excellent listening skills, conqueror mindset, and conviction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Technophile with a passion for Fintech ecosystem.
  • Ambitious and driven individual with a desire to achieve individual or team goals and participate in the company's growth.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
