Job Title: Field Sales Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at HBK, a leading company in the test, measurement, and data analytics industry. As a Field Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in managing a focused selection of customers to complement our needs as a company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visiting potential and existing customers to generate enquiries through professional sales techniques.
  • Using appropriate hardware, information, and materials to demonstrate the unique strengths of working with HBK.
  • Acquiring new customers and supporting colleagues with specific product and technical knowledge.
  • Preparing quotations using CRM and price lists.
  • Preparing detailed proposals from tender specifications.
  • Providing feedback to the company in the form of reports and forecasts.
  • Actively contributing during departmental meetings.
  • Involvement in promotional and marketing activities in your area.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree in an engineering or technically based discipline.
  • Italian as a mother language and high level of English.
  • Excellent commercial understanding.
  • Excellent phone communication.
  • Excellent IT knowledge (Microsoft Office, CRM, etc.).
  • Good team-player approach.
  • Can-do attitude.
