Account Manager Diabetes Care Specialist

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at F. Hoffmann-La Roche Gruppe. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the implementation of our Diabetes Care strategy, promoting and adopting company behaviors in line with compliance and company procedures.
- Analyze customer needs and develop business opportunities through in-depth market knowledge and product/service expertise.
- Develop business plans in collaboration with Area Managers and in line with company objectives.
- Manage and develop commercial performance, actively managing orders from start to final invoicing.
- Provide scientific information to diabetes centers and pharmacies, engaging with public administration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other company departments (e.g., Marketing, Value Evidence Access, Medical).
Requirements
- Scientific or economic degree.
- Previous experience in similar roles.
- Knowledge of the territory and its commercial and organizational dynamics.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Strong customer and business orientation.
- Ability to work in teams and negotiate.
