Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at F. Hoffmann-La Roche Gruppe. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the implementation of our Diabetes Care strategy, promoting and adopting company behaviors in line with compliance and company procedures.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop business opportunities through in-depth market knowledge and product/service expertise.
  • Develop business plans in collaboration with Area Managers and in line with company objectives.
  • Manage and develop commercial performance, actively managing orders from start to final invoicing.
  • Provide scientific information to diabetes centers and pharmacies, engaging with public administration.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other company departments (e.g., Marketing, Value Evidence Access, Medical).

Requirements

  • Scientific or economic degree.
  • Previous experience in similar roles.
  • Knowledge of the territory and its commercial and organizational dynamics.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
  • Strong customer and business orientation.
  • Ability to work in teams and negotiate.
