**Key Responsibilities**
- Gestire e coordinare il team di Account, allo scopo di supervisionare e coordinare le vendite online sui principali marketplace internazionali;
- Assicurarsi che le consegne dei prodotti siano gestite in modo efficiente e tempestivo, garantendo la soddisfazione dei clienti e il rispetto degli accordi contrattuali;
- Monitorare e ottimizzare il posizionamento dei prezzi dei prodotti per massimizzare le entrate e la competitività sui marketplace;
- Analizzare le performance commerciali, identificare le opportunità di miglioramento e sviluppare strategie per raggiungere e superare i KPI stabiliti in accordo con i clienti;
- Mantenere stretti rapporti con i clienti, comprendendo le loro esigenze e fornendo supporto e consulenza per massimizzare i risultati sulle piattaforme di vendita online;
- Collaborare attivamente con i team interni, come il reparto vendite, il marketing, il customer care e la logistica, per garantire un'efficace esecuzione delle strategie e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali;
- Monitorare e tenere traccia delle tendenze di mercato, delle innovazioni nel settore dell'ecommerce e delle practice sui marketplace, al fine di rimanere all'avanguardia e guidare l'evoluzione delle strategie di vendita online.
**Requirements**
- 5 anni di esperienza nella gestione di vendite online sui principali marketplace, in particolare su Amazon e Zalando;
- Competenze analitiche avanzate per l'interpretazione dei dati di vendita, l'identificazione delle tendenze e l'elaborazione di strategie basate sui KPI;
- Capacità di gestire e motivare un team;
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali per interagire efficacemente con i clienti e collaborare con i team interni;
- Orientamento al risultato e capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico, adattandosi rapidamente ai cambiamenti e alle sfide del mercato;
- Conoscenza approfondita delle piattaforme di vendita online, delle migliori practice di ottimizzazione e delle politiche dei marketplace;
- Forte attenzione ai dettagli e capacità organizzative per gestire progetti complessi e rispettare le scadenze.
