Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role with a proven track record in front office operations.
  • Familiarity with Opera or similar front desk operating systems and GDS is an advantage.
  • Natural leadership skills, leading by example and creating an environment for team members to thrive.
  • Positive attitude, with a passion for hospitality and delivering memorable experiences.
