Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical and commercial expertise on our Aesthetics portfolio range.
  • Develop and grow the Galderma aesthetic portfolio by identifying key opportunities for growth within current and existing businesses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts through regular communication, product knowledge, and educational initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, clinical, and customer service, to drive brand awareness.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges within the industry.
  • Utilize CRM systems and sales tools effectively to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and generate insightful reports.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Science is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing or commercial setting. Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry experience is an advantage.
  • Professional resilience, positive energy, and excellent verbal, written, and telephone skills are essential.
