Senior Sales Executive Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive with a proven track record of executing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing complex deals. This role demands a proactive and efficient individual who can guide high-value deals to successful closure. You will play a key role in driving sales within our Merchants & Distributors business unit, contributing to our growth in critical regions like Italy and Poland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Closing: Own the entire sales process from identifying leads to closing high-value complex deals, managing long sales cycles, and bringing deals to a successful conclusion.
    • Hands-On Execution: Take charge of execution with a get things done attitude, ensuring all activities from prospecting to contract signing are carried out with precision and speed.
      • Market Penetration: Focus on target markets, particularly in Italy and Poland, developing strategies and leveraging your network to build a strong immediate impact.
      • Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise to clients on payment solutions, including POS systems, acquiring, and payment acceptance.
      • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align offerings with customer needs, managing complex negotiations, and multistakeholder deals.
      • Pipeline Management: Keep an organized and clean sales pipeline, consistently forecasting performance and tracking key milestones throughout the sales journey.

Requirements

Technical and Sales Skills

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, full stack from prospecting to closing.
  • Experience in selling B2B SaaS, complex solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage and close complex, high-value deals involving multiple decision-makers.
  • Mastery of structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC) and a track record of closing deals worth six figures or more.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Payment Solutions.
  • Strong expertise in the payment solutions industry, particularly in acquiring, payment acceptance, and POS systems.
  • Extensive network of contacts with big merchants and distributors.

Soft Skills

  • A true doer: proactive, curious, resilient, and entrepreneurial, fully autonomous with a bias toward action and execution.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages, such as Italian or Polish, is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and execute with speed and precision in a fast-moving environment.
