A leading international company specializing in innovative materials for visual expression seeks a Sales Territory Manager to drive growth and revenue in the EMEA region.

The Sales Territory Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to increase market share and sales within the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with key executives in the region's distribution channels
  • Developing and executing joint marketing plans to exceed annual sales and margin targets
  • Conducting market analysis to stay ahead of trends and competitor activities
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and preparing reports for senior management

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Italian is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field (preferred)
  • Sales training focused on consultative or solutions selling (preferred)
  • At least 5 years of experience in the graphics signage industry, with expertise in digital print media and modern printing methods (solvent, eco-solvent, latex, UV)
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% within the territory
