E-Work S.p.A. ricerca un professionista per un'importante azienda Outsourcer dal 1982 per ricoprire il ruolo di Customer Service Representative per Pronto Intervento e per servizi di supporto tecnico.

**Contesto di Lavoro**

Le risorse saranno inserite presso gli uffici della sede milanese, che gestisce diverse divisioni.

**Ruolo e Responsabilità**

La risorsa, tramite attività svolta in cuffia, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

• Gestione delle attività di customer care

• Presa in carico dei claim e supporto nella risoluzione dei problemi su servizi e prodotto, fornendo soluzioni o alternative

• Gestione dei ticket

**Requisiti Richiesti**

• Diploma di maturità

• Disponibilità a lavorare con il pacchetto Office e applicativi gestionali

• Esperienza (anche minima) nel ruolo di customer care e assistenza clienti

• Dinamicità, resistenza allo stress ed ottime doti relazionali

**Offerta Contrattuale**

• CCNL: TLC III LIV (1622,26 lordi mensili)

• Contratto iniziale in somministrazione di 3⁄4 mesi con prospettiva di proroghe e futura stabilizzazione in azienda.
