This includes overseeing all aspects of housekeeping operations, ensuring guest comfort, satisfaction, and safety while adhering to our hotel's standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, fostering a motivated and efficient workforce that embodies our service standards.
  • Develop and implement cleaning procedures, protocols, and standards to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel.
  • Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating timely replenishment orders to sustain uninterrupted operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury hotel operations, with a thorough understanding of industry standards, best practices, and trends.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, inspiring a diverse team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with additional languages preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €55,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement within our global group.
