**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to lead our commercial negotiations with Italian and European retailers, distributors, and markets. This role will involve autonomously handling daily customer interactions, preparing quotations, and closely following market developments to translate opportunities into sharp commercial actions.

In this position, you will be part of our dynamic and ambitious team, reporting directly to the CEO. As a key member of the European sales team, your primary goal will be to drive sales growth and achieve revenue and margin targets.

You will have the opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with customers, utilize your excellent negotiation and communication skills, and work independently as part of a team. Our ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor or Master's degree, minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience in the fruit and vegetable sector, and fluency in Italian and professional knowledge of English.
