About Us

Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company is a leading beverage manufacturer and distributor in Italy, employing approximately 2,000 people across 6 production sites. Our company operates in the following areas:

  • Production of carbonated beverages in Nogara, Oricola, and Marcianise
  • Water bottling in Fonti del Vulture and Lurisia
  • Production of recycled plastic bottles in Gaglianico

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be part of our sales team and be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Supporting the customer care team in back-office activities related to order management
  • Extracting data and creating reports from Business Warehouse (BW)
  • Monitoring and managing order flow in SAP
  • Sharing order information with sales and customers
  • Monitoring and managing exceptions
  • Managing disputes and sending documents (e.g. invoices, delivery notes)
  • Creating and monitoring tickets for logistical issues
  • Managing issues between transportation companies and customers
  • Sending various documentation (HACCP, technical sheets, etc.)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Work Location

The successful candidate will be based in Sesto San Giovanni, Italy.
