**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist - Global Operations to provide exceptional customer service based on our company's mission and vision. The successful candidate will ensure the highest level of satisfaction by processing orders accurately and timely, replenishing stock based on incoming orders, monitoring inventory, and coordinating shipping and returns.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Processing sales orders; tracking orders and investigating issues
  • Processing and reporting invoices for payment and credit notes for returns
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding the status of sales orders
  • FOLLOWING UP BACKORDERS AND OFFERING REPLACEMENTS TO CUSTOMERS
  • COORDINATING PICK-UPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND LOGISTICS PROVIDERS
  • PROCESSING AND EDITING ORDERS RECEIVED FROM CUSTOMERS AND RESOLVING ANY DISCREPANCIES

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control
  • Knowledge of Import / Export processes and methods
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Database management skills
  • Able to prepare routine administrative paperwork
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Able to develop, strengthen, and maintain partnerships with others inside or outside the organization
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills are required. Other languages are a plus.

**Estimated Salary:** $55,000 - $65,000 per year
