About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER AWS to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for optimizing business processes, platform and vendor integration, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scout new partners with proactive engagement
  • Onboard, educate, create adoption, and act as a customer advocate
  • Own definition and design in central operations to support TD SYNNEX AWS Business
  • Provide strategic processes and operational support to drive success across the AWS portfolio
  • Design an intentional end-to-end customer experience to enable key customer touchpoints
  • Review existing processes and provide advice in specialized subject areas
  • Document all processes accordingly
  • Act as the business owner for operations system enablement
Requirements
  • Project experience managing customer success software and tools
  • Provide quality, personalized customer experiences
  • 5+ years of experience in the IT industry with channel and/or vendor at a business development level
  • Previous experiences with AWS or other Hyperscalers will be evaluated as a priority
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certified will be a plus
  • English and Italian professional proficiency is a MUST
