About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Daikin Europe NV. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing Applied sales and solution opportunities, providing support to colleagues and direct support to customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and expand the DAPT Applied Business, focusing on the growth of Daikin Applied Market and promoting Applied Brand Awareness and new Applied customers.
- Ensure the Daikin corporate philosophy and values are adhered to in all policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in the environment, legislation, and other thematic that influence the domain of activity.
- Maintain a deep market knowledge, anticipate its changes, and propose actions to adapt.
Requirements:
- Degree or Master in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- Highly technically capable individual with extensive knowledge and understanding of complete water systems – their design and application.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Experience in sales and/or applied product management, with a strong commitment to customer service mindset.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a similar position.
