About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Italy. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth in Italy
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Italian market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Completed apprenticeship or degree in electrical, energy, or automation engineering, mechatronics, or business informatics/engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in business development, key account management, or sales management
  • Persistence, high consulting competence, and communication skills
  • Innovative, agile, and sales-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
  • Fluently in Italian and really good English skills
