**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Strategy Lead to join our client, based in Milan. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial growth and profitability through strategic planning, market research, and data analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and implement annual strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and translate them into actionable recommendations
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services
- Manage marketing research projects to generate insights and support improved marketing and sales strategies
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets for commercial divisions
- Review and manage budgets for various projects
- Develop and maintain dashboards to provide insights and visibility to management team
- Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of national sales and marketing performances
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
- Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels

**What We Offer**
