Business Development Manager F/M

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop tailored sales strategies to create high-value opportunities for our clients.
• Foster and expand your professional network to drive business development activities.
• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences.
• Conduct negotiations with business leads and customers to identify key project issues and secure contracts.
• Provide ongoing support to customers throughout project implementation.
• Collaborate closely with CAP INGELEC's Delivery team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Holding a degree in Business or Engineering with at least 10 years of experience in Business Development for design and construction projects.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills, with the ability to create and implement business plans.
• Proactive, autonomous, and organized, with excellent interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Fluent in Italian and English, with a good level of French being an asset.
