About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Customer Service department within Abbott's Structural Heart division. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of Customer Service professionals and providing exceptional service to internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Customer Service professionals to ensure delivery of high-quality service to customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve department processes, including order processing, returns processing, and credit requests.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise work schedules, PTO, and staffing levels to ensure customer needs are met.
- Support company initiatives, including Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 5-7 years of Customer Service/Contact Center experience.
- International management experience is a plus.
- Experience in the medical device industry.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- 10-20% of travel required.
