Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Manager to join our team at art'otel. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front office operations during the night shift, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete tasks related to guest, employee, and back office administrative/audit cycles, including room allocation, check-in, groups, follow-ups, and check-out.
  • Manage service recovery, invoicing, and billing, as well as handle phone, written, and face-to-face guest feedback and requests.
  • Liaise with relevant teams to ensure guest satisfaction and business continuity through payment compliance.
  • Follow guidance and instructions from the leadership team and adhere to the company's standard operating procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external guests via written correspondence, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Upsell and promote hotel outlets, as well as support the planning and development of hotel services to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Engage with colleagues and guests, demonstrating flexibility and a welcoming atmosphere, while responding to feedback and suggestions.
  • Contribute to the hotel team, using effective communication and displaying positive body language.
  • Provide leadership through example, clear communication, and ongoing customer feedback, ensuring team members are trained and developed.

Requirements:
  • Full FO operations knowledge.
  • Ability to check and create reports, manage FO activities, and supervise the night FO team.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with a third language a plus.
  • Knowledge of PMS Opera preferred.
