Our client is a leading international company providing services for beauty salons and barbershops. We are looking for a Field Sales Team Lead to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Field Sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expand the market presence.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure alignment with set objectives.
- Recruit, integrate, and train new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze and improve the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proven experience in managing a sales team, preferably in the Tech industry (software B2B) on the field.
- Experience in business development and sales processes.
- Ability to recruit, integrate, and train sales team members.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
