Position Overview
You will hold the technical oversight for all Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls (EIC) work packages associated with our Waste-to-Energy (WtE) projects and serve as the EIC representative throughout the project lifecycle. You will provide functional leadership to the designated engineering team for their specific areas of responsibility. You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive engineering documentation for both internal stakeholders and external partners. You will engage in negotiations, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with suppliers and the site team during installation and commissioning phases. You will oversee Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) in collaboration with clients. You will assist the Commissioning & Erection team, which may involve occasional travel to project sites. Your travel commitments will be approximately 10% of your time, primarily to Zurich and project locations.Required Qualifications
You are a qualified Electrical Engineer with over 5 years of experience in large-scale plant operations. You possess strong project management capabilities. You demonstrate excellent planning, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and negotiation expertise. You are adept at collaborating with remote teams across different regions. You are self-driven, proactive, and an effective communicator. You are fluent in both Italian and English.Additional Insights
