Role Overview
You will hold the technical accountability for all Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls (EIC) work packages associated with our Waste-to-Energy (WtE) projects and serve as the EIC representative within the project. You will lead the designated engineering team functionally, guiding them through their specific scopes of work. You will be responsible for preparing engineering documentation for both internal stakeholders and external partners. You will engage in negotiations, oversee, and manage progress with suppliers and the site team during installation and commissioning phases. You will be accountable for Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) with clients. You will provide support to the Commissioning & Erection team, which may involve occasional travel to project sites. You will spend approximately 10% of your time traveling to Zurich and on-site locations.Candidate Qualifications
You possess a degree in Electrical Engineering with over 5 years of experience in large-scale plant operations. You have strong project management capabilities. You demonstrate excellent planning, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and negotiation expertise. You are adept at collaborating with remote teams. You are self-driven, proactive, and an effective communicator. You are fluent in both Italian and English.Additional Insights
