Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Hospitality Agent to join our team at Sonder. As a key member of our hospitality operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service and support to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members to anticipate and address their needs
  • Work collaboratively with the front desk team to handle guest interactions and resolve issues
  • Assist with training and mentorship of Front Desk Hospitality Agents
  • Ensure the maintenance and organization of guest-facing and back-of-house working spaces
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience working in hotels, restaurants, or customer-facing hospitality, service, and/or customer experience roles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing guest needs
  • Strong computer literacy and writing skills, with the ability to switch between multiple desktop and mobile applications
  • Organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain standing for extended periods and lift and/or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
