Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Front Desk Hospitality Agent to join our team. As the face of Sonder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless check-ins, and providing top-notch support to our guests throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Guide guests through our technology-rich experience, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable stay
  • Utilize our digital communication systems to receive guest calls, SMS, and live chats, and offer immediate support from the Front Desk
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Assist building leadership with administrative tasks and support the back-of-house team as needed
Requirements
  • Personable, guest-centric, and positive attitude
  • Demonstrated experience working in hotels, restaurants, or other customer-facing hospitality, service, and/or customer experience roles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer literacy and writing skills, with comfort switching between multiple desktop and mobile applications
  • Organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
  • Flexible schedule and open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays
