About the Role

Sonder is revolutionizing hospitality, and we're looking for a talented Front Desk Hospitality Agent to join our team. As the face of Sonder, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless stays, and providing top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the ambassador of Sonder, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests, visitors, and internal partners.
  • Guide guests through the Sonder app and self-service features, ensuring they make the most of their stay.
  • Communicate with guests in-person and through digital channels, anticipating and addressing their needs.
  • Handle guest interactions with professionalism, resolving issues and accommodating requests whenever possible.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest-facing and back-of-house areas, contributing to a seamless and efficient environment.
  • Support the back-of-house team with tasks such as housekeeping quality audits, inventory checks, and minor maintenance.
  • Assist market leadership with administrative tasks, contributing to continuous improvement in the guest experience.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in hotels, restaurants, or customer-facing roles.
  • Personable, service-minded, and positive, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and writing skills, with the ability to switch between multiple applications.
  • Organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented, with a flexible schedule and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to remain standing for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Proficiency in languages other than English is an asset.
