We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our customer strategy and capability development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and implementation of customer-centric strategies and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of customer strategy and capability plans to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Design and enable customer journeys to shift customer behaviors and drive business growth.
  • Elevate customer-centric experience, design, and data visualization tools to inform business decisions.
  • Anticipate future commercial field capabilities and drive organizational capability building programs.
  • Lead and develop a team of professionals to support customer strategy and capability development efforts.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of customer strategy initiatives.
  • Develop and implement effective change management initiatives to facilitate continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in leadership roles and in leading teams.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills.
  • Curiosity for innovation and exploring new models and capabilities.
  • Master's degree (STEM preferred).
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
