About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional professional with relevant experience who is passionate about eCommerce and entrepreneurship. The new Country Head will join the Executive Leadership Team and will play a pivotal role heading into the next growth phase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a high-performing local team (support, business development & optionally tech)
  • Drive Business Development Initiatives (local markets partnerships, paid media, email campaigns)
  • Work cross-functionally with a global tech team to elevate the product
  • Plan and execute business operations (own region P&L)
  • Develop and execute strategies and annual work plans for local team
  • Manage local markets relationships with key companies from the ecommerce ecosystem
  • Be the face of BaseLinker in the region
