Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage our maintenance and technical services. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies to ensure optimal plant reliability and productivity.
  • Planning and supervising maintenance and technical activities to minimize downtime and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Preparing and implementing preventive maintenance and review plans to identify potential faults and their impact on the process.
  • Developing and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service delivery and quality.
  • Coordinating the installation of new equipment and systems, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Managing the disposal of obsolete materials in accordance with local laws and regulations.
  • Leading a team of technical personnel and contractors to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Ensuring all operations are carried out in accordance with health and safety and environmental regulations.
  • Developing and implementing training programs to ensure staff are aware of and compliant with health and safety requirements.
  • Managing spare parts inventory and ensuring good stock levels at all times.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering Management or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance and technical services.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and ability to process data.
  • English language proficiency (speaking and writing).
