Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance & Technical Service Manager responsible for overseeing the maintenance and technical operations. This role involves delivering both reactive and proactive services to minimize downtime while ensuring that all services are executed with optimal efficiency and compliance with established procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies aligned with internal protocols to enhance plant reliability and productivity.


• Plan and oversee maintenance and technical initiatives.


• Create a preventive maintenance schedule and conduct periodic reviews based on fault analysis and their potential impact on processes and customers.


• Establish, implement, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).


• Conduct daily and weekly performance assessments to ensure service delivery meets standards.


• Supervise all activities related to the installation of new equipment and systems.


• Ensure the safe disposal of obsolete materials in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.


• Manage external personnel and contractors effectively.


• Ensure all operations adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.


• Ensure all staff are informed and compliant with Health and Safety protocols.


• Maintain spare parts availability in line with the 5S program, adhering to quality procedures to ensure optimal stock levels.

Continued Responsibilities


• Collaborate with other departments to investigate equipment issues and identify root causes of non-conformities.


• Ensure timely execution of activities aimed at verifying the quality of equipment and sites in accordance with established procedures.


• Provide technical assistance 24/7 throughout the year.


• Work alongside Technical and Production departments to develop and implement solutions.


• Prepare and submit management documentation punctually.


• Monitor expenses and manage the budget effectively.


• Lead and motivate staff, promoting continuous improvement, innovation, and corrective actions.


• Enhance employee motivation and skill sets by assigning objectives and projects, regularly reviewing performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Master's Degree in Engineering Management or a related engineering field

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems
  • Strong leadership abilities for team management and performance oversight
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Experience in developing and monitoring KPIs
  • Ability to analyze and process data
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications
  • Willingness to travel as required
