Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead initiatives to generate new business for the hotel, crafting and executing commercial strategies to maximize revenue and promote upselling.
  • Enhance the hotel's reputation by building loyalty and engagement, ultimately driving revenue growth.
  • Identify and implement commercial initiatives that boost visibility, bookings, and overall patronage for the hotel and its amenities.
  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to effectively manage all sales channels, leveraging on-site resources and property-wide sales engines to achieve results.
  • Foster direct relationships with customers and local communities to elevate the hotel's visibility and brand reputation.
  • Promote the company's brand and introduce innovative products to the market.
  • Analyze budgets, prepare annual financial plans, and ensure the sales team meets established quotas and objectives.
  • Gather and analyze market data and trends to create insightful reports.
  • Recruit, train, and manage sales teams to fulfill human resource objectives related to sales.
  • Act as a customer expert, ensuring that sales information provided to operational departments is timely and accurate, exceeding guest expectations.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients through regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new sales opportunities.
  • Oversee and coordinate B2C, B2B, and M&E campaigns and related sales activities.
  • Manage the client journey from initial inquiry to the event day, guided by leadership and standard operating procedures.

  • A strong understanding of competitor offerings and venues, using this knowledge to shape and refine our sales strategy in collaboration with the Regional Sales Team and General Manager.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a focus on supervising and supporting the Sales team in achieving their development goals.
  • Ability to balance proactive and reactive approaches, with a focus on driving incremental business through diverse revenue streams and segments.
  • Confidence in building strong relationships across all hotel departments to ensure the achievement of commercial objectives, targets, KPIs, and budgets.
