Our Fan & Thermal Management division is experiencing significant growth, and we are seeking dedicated professionals to contribute to our expansion in key European markets.

Position Summary

We are in search of a skilled Sales Manager based in Italy, responsible for driving the growth of our Fan and Thermal Management business across the EMEA region. This role entails managing and expanding our product offerings through direct sales and distribution channels, as well as developing new customer relationships.

The successful candidate will be expected to work independently and travel frequently within the Lombardia and Veneto regions, with potential travel across Europe in the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Delta's Fan & Thermal products throughout the EMEA region.
  • Act as a key account manager, developing and executing strategies that align with customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with customer procurement and R&D teams to define product specifications and conditions.
  • Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure timely product launches, utilizing strong project management skills.
  • Resolve commercial and technical issues by mobilizing resources and engaging relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers and potential clients, and organize sales initiatives.
  • Identify and cultivate potential direct customers within targeted markets and provide feedback to engineering and marketing teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies for Representatives and Distributors to enhance business growth in designated countries and markets.
  • Assist the Business Director in formulating and nurturing new market strategies.
  • Represent Delta Electronics EMEA and promote cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Fan Motor and Cooling Solutions sectors, particularly within Telecom, Industrial, Automotive, and White Goods industries.
  • Strong knowledge of DC Fans, EC Fans, Heat Sinks, and Air Conditioning products.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ODM/OEM roles within international companies.
  • At least 3 years of experience in building sales channels through local partners and agents.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and intercultural collaboration.
  • Strong organizational, planning, analytical, and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently.
  • Results-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time.
  • Open-minded and eager to embrace new innovations and technologies.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Preferred Location: Candidates should ideally be located in the Lombardia or Veneto regions.
