Regional Sales Manager Europe Leader

The Palace Company, a renowned luxury hospitality brand, is seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager Europe to drive strategic sales initiatives and expand its presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to introduce new leisure business opportunities and enhance market share within existing accounts.
• Collaborate closely with the EMEA Director of Sales to establish and follow an annual sales budget, business plan, travel schedule, and expense budget.
• Utilize advanced sales techniques, such as prospecting, webinars, sales blitz, presentations, site inspections, and fam trips, to build robust relationships with leading hotels and luxury consortia.
• Create a strategic roadmap to identify and seize key opportunities in leisure segments and monitor market intelligence to share insights with the EMEA DOS.
• Identify, profile, and secure contracts with high-value leisure accounts to drive top-line growth and closely monitor competitor activity to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate promotional efforts, such as exhibitions, trade shows, and partnerships, to enhance brand presence in key territories.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry, proficiency in Italian and advanced English, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills. A proactive approach to enhancing market, client, and competitor knowledge, and a willingness to attend required meetings and training sessions regularly.
