About the Role:

We seek a driven Sales and Recruitment Specialist who will specialize in recruitment, advising, and sales. This pivotal role requires demonstrating the unique value of our programs and driving student enrollment to meet ambitious growth targets.

You will be the first point of contact for potential students, guiding them through the enrollment process and helping them understand how our programs can advance their careers. This goal-oriented role focuses on sales and customer acquisition, ideal for individuals with experience in B2C sales or recruitment who thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to prospective students based on their availability.
  • Conduct engaging video consultations to showcase the value of our programs.
  • Guide students through the qualification process and ensure timely completion of their enrollment.
  • Handle objections and overcome challenges related to enrollment deadlines.
  • Closely collaborate with your team and manager to meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets.

Skills & Experience:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Proven experience in B2C sales, with a strong understanding of inside sales or consultative selling.
  • Background in recruitment, career advising, or education sales.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence decisions, even in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and customer focus.
  • Target-driven, with a relentless focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.

Language Requirements:

English: Minimum C1 level. Additional languages (especially Spanish) are a plus but not required.

What We Offer:

Rome Business School offers a competitive package including:

  • Salary: €40,000 per year (estimated), based on performance.
  • Location: Our office is based in the heart of Rome.
  • Working Hours: Flexible based on performance.
  • Hybrid Work Policy: Enjoy 2 days of remote work per week after a 3-month trial period.
  • Contract: 6-month contract to start; renewal based on performance.
  • Type: CCNL ANINSEI LIVELLO III.
