Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Saudia. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the corporate and business travel segments, as well as the leisure travel market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate and Business Travel:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate and business travel segments.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at corporate and business travel companies.
    • Negotiate and close contracts with corporate and business travel companies.
  • Leisure Travel:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the leisure travel market.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at travel agencies, tour operators, and other travel partners.
    • Negotiate and close contracts with travel agencies, tour operators, and other travel partners.
  • Sales Strategy:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and drive sales growth.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Adjust sales strategies as needed to meet sales targets.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to corporate and business travel customers.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to leisure travel customers.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, revenue management, and customer service, to align strategies and resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, industrial engineering, or statistics.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
