Key Responsibilities- Qualify and understand prospects' business-critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact goFLUENT brings to an organization.
- Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT solutions.
- Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from key client accounts.
- Work and collaborate with internal teams to help close sales opportunities.
- Participate in exhibitions and events.
- Travel to customer sites across the territory to support sales efforts.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales (HR services, recruitment, financial, professional services, and similar).
- Good to have SaaS and international experience.
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Team player, self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Proactive, personable, hard-working, and easily adaptable.
- Native level of Russian is a must, and advanced level of English is preferred.
