Job Summary

This is a challenging role that requires a sales expert to design and sell integrated solutions to medium-sized and big-sized clients in the public sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and customer success, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop existing and prospect customers by proposing Vodafone's full range of products and services, and customizing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Build strong relationships with customers at all levels, including CxO, to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of sales practices and efficiency for Vodafone's products and services, through sharing best practices, suggesting new solutions, and monitoring customer satisfaction and market trends.
  • Achieve sales goals for assigned Local Government customers by creating and developing detailed sales plans, accurate forecasting, and commitment to results.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in international and complex organized structures, with 3+ years in the area of Local Public Administrations.
  • Experience in directly managing complex customers, developing new business opportunities, and driving business opportunities in win-back situations.
  • Relevant technical sales skills and Local Government sales process experience, strong commercial acumen, excellent relational and negotiation skills, and a strong sense of pro-activity.
  • Fluent in English and mother tongue Italian, with B2B work experience and sales experience with solutions, IT, ICT, and a broad understanding of service propositions.
