Oggi Lavoro Spa, divisione Permanent, cerca un/a professionista per un ruolo di impiegato/a commerciale back office e amministrativo/a nel settore metalmeccanico. La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di gestire le attività di back office commerciale e amministrativo, garantendo un'efficace comunicazione tra il personale e i consulenti esterni, nonché il monitoraggio del ciclo attivo di fatturazione.

Requisiti
  • Titolo di studio: Diploma di scuola superiore
  • Esperienza: Almeno 3 anni nel ruolo di impiegato/a commerciale back office e/o impiegato/a amministrativo/a
  • Competenze informatiche: Buona capacità d'uso del PC e del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel
  • Conoscenza di sistemi gestionali per la gestione del ciclo attivo SAP (offerte, ordini cliente, consegne, fatture)
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Mansioni
  • Attività di back office commerciale, con inserimento delle conferme d'ordine e dati relativi alla produzione nel sistema di contabilità industriale utilizzando Excel
  • Coordinamento tra il consulente paghe esterno e il personale dipendente, gestione della rilevazione presenze e degli archivi
  • Attività amministrative, inclusi l'inserimento di DDT/fatture attive e note di credito con invio allo SDI, e la registrazione delle fatture passive
  • Attività di front office, gestione del centralino telefonico e reception

Inquadramento retributivo: inserimento diretto in azienda con contratto a tempo indeterminato, CCNL Industria Metalmeccanica. Retribuzione annuale lorda prevista: da € a € in relazione all'esperienza. Orario: Full-time. Luogo di lavoro: Ferno (VA).
