About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Apprentice Boot Fitting and Technical Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sales, and technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Boot Fitting and Sales
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on ski and boot products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right ski and boot products for their needs, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
Technical Sales Support
  • Assist customers with technical issues related to ski and boot products, providing solutions and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Training and Development
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical knowledge and sales skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product releases, and competitor activity to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
Store and Laboratory Management
  • Ensure the store and laboratory are maintained to the highest standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the visual presentation of ski and boot products, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging shopping experience.
Requirements
  1. Availability to start a new formation program in our Boot Fitting school.
  2. Capability to listen and engage in new boot fitting courses and manual.
  3. Good manual dexterity and willingness to learn new technical tasks.
  4. Availability to move and be transferred in the main Proshop labs for training and development.
  5. Flexibility in hours management and availability to work different week and weekend days.
