Job Summary:

Cedaspe S.r.l. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Inside Sales professional to join our team in San Giuliano Milanese. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for interpreting and fulfilling customer specifications and requests for offers and orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and clarify customer specifications and requests for offers and orders, and enter them into SAP for internal processing and planning.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and monitor progress during processing and implementation, working closely with purchasing, export, and operations departments.
  • Participate in technical and commercial negotiations or clarification meetings to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform site visits as required, in collaboration with the responsible Area Sales Manager.
  • Prepare reports for management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain close cooperation with relevant departments at subsidiaries, sales teams, and the German headquarters.
  • Provide training to order processing colleagues in our sales teams' network and subsidiaries.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in technical or industrial engineering or a comparable education.
  • Have a solid understanding of electric and electronic technology and machine construction.
  • Possess excellent spoken and written English skills, with German or other languages being an advantage.
  • Have experience in data handling and project management skills.
  • Be able to work independently while meeting deadlines and possess good global intercultural understanding, clear communication, and solution orientation.
  • Be a self-starter and team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be available to occasionally travel abroad for business activities.
