About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our PC, peripheral and infrastructural services business unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing sales and services expertise, negotiating product information, pricing, and promotions, and closing orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships through proactive engagement.
  • Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and identifying potential sales.
  • Engage in active inside selling by gathering relevant customer information and providing solutions.
  • Manage customer backorders and engage in intelligent project fishing.
  • Manage end-to-end projects or hand over to presales for technical requirements.
  • Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system and ensure active closure of opportunities.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical or services sales.
  • A knowledge of infrastructure products and services, or technical electricity products and services, or IT industry knowledge is desirable but not essential.
  • Numerate with good attention to detail.
  • Excellent telephone manner and effective communication skills.
  • Priority management and planning skills.
  • Strive to achieve set targets.
  • Understands sales process.
  • Ideal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
