Job Description

AGM Solutions Srl is a leading provider of innovative technology solutions and ICT services. We are currently seeking two experienced Project Management Office (PMO) professionals to join our team in Milan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Provide project status updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a PMO role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Proggio).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Experience with project scheduling and resource allocation tools.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex project issues.
